As it is now, you'll be able to change the cursor, hit circles, spinners, slider ticks, reverse arrows, and more. I will be uploading the template theme in the next few days once I make some more adjustments to the default theme. However, you can begin theming by creating a new folder in the data/themes folder and placing your images there. Note that these filenames are not final and are subject to be changed for organization. So you may have to alter your themes if they are.
